Election of Committee positions due for election:
   • Vice President
   • Treasurer
   • Two (2) Ordinary Committee Members

Receipt of Committee reports for the past year

Receipt and consideration of the annual financial statement

All Association Members are invited to attend or, if they wish, exercise proxies in accordance with current procedures.
Members aged 18 or over are entitled to vote in person or by proxy.
Members under 18 are entitled to have a parent/guardian act as their proxy.

A proxy appointment must be lodged:
(a) At the Pro Shop at Woodriff Gardens Tennis Centre, marked for the attention of the Committee, OR
(b) By email to rebecca@ndta.com.au
at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

NOMINATIONS FOR COMMITTEE

Nominations for the positions due for election must be received by 5.00 pm on Thursday, 26th March 2026.

Positions to be determined:
  • Two (2) Ordinary Committee Members – 2-year term
  • Vice President – 2-year term
  • Treasurer – 2-year term

Nominations must:

• Be signed by two (2) Members of the Association

• Be submitted in writing or via email to rebecca@ndta.com.au

• Include the written consent of the candidate
